WHAT IS FAITH BIBLE INSTITUTE?
Faith Bible Institute (FBI) is a through the Bible course for every Christian. Students may study chronologically through the ENTIRE BIBLE & systematically through every major doctrine. Yet classes meet only 1 evening each week. Over 16,000 laypersons and pastors have enrolled in FBI's three-year study. FBI combines solid verse by verse Bible teaching with an interactive video format utilizing student workbooks, charts, maps and visuals to produce a life changing learning experience. The three-year course is divided into 6 semesters of 17-filmed live at FBI's central location (Rowland Road Baptist Church, Monroe, LA) and are then viewed by DVD at Satellite Schools throughout the U.S. and internationally.
COURSE LEVEL
Courses are taught on a college freshman & sophomore level. Those with advanced degrees may also enroll. Anyone in 12th grade or older may enroll. (Special permission may be sought for exceptional 10th-11th grade students to enroll with parental and pastoral approval.)
DOCTRINAL POSITION
We stand for the Inspiration & Preservation of Scripture, the Trinity, the Virgin Birth & Deity of Christ, the Substitutionary Atonement of Christ, Salvation by Grace & Eternal Security, the literal Resurrection & Second Coming of Christ [Pre-millennial & Pre-tribulational], a literal Heaven & Hell, the Local Church, Baptism of Believers by Immersion, the Lord's Supper as a memorial ordinance administered & observed by local churches, a literal 6-Day Creation, Soul Winning and Separation.

John T. Yates (AA, BS, MAR)
*Founder and Instructor of Faith Bible Institue since 1985. Has taught verse by verse through the Bible 7 times
* Senior Pastor of Rowland Road Baptist Church, Monroe, LA. Served as Associate Pastor of RRBC 1984-2001. Began preaching in 1978 (age 15)
* Author of Faith Bible Institute's two7-Volume Commentary Sets on Theology, and works on Bible Prophecy, Angels, Scientific & Biblical Creationism, Personal Evangelism and Discipleship Evangelism.
